normally you can choose a bank whereever you want.
but: if you don't have a bank-account located at a bank in germany,
please keep in mind, that getting money will cost a lot of money!
if you already have a bank-account to a german bank, you should use
"your" bank or friendly connected banks to your bank. then getting
money will be without costs. if you're on a lonley island (for
example hiddensee), there normally exists only one bank, most
the "sparkasse". if your bank-account is not at sparkasse or
raiffeisenbank, getting money will cost DM 5.
